The Magic Roundabout

The Magic Roundabout (French: Pollux – Le manège enchanté) is a 2005 computer-animated adventure fantasy film based on the television series of the same name.[3] It was released in France with a French dub on 2 February 2005, and an English-language version was released two weeks later in the United Kingdom on 11 February.

In the United States, the film was released as Doogal on 24 February 2006 with a new English dub and script. Only Ian McKellen's performance was retained, while Kylie Minogue redubbed her role from the UK release. The U.K. Dub is received mixed reviews and the U.S. Dub is received universally negative reviews from film critics. Although voice performance of U.K. and U.S. Dub and musical score being praise, it criticize for its unnecessary, screenplay, short runtime, pacing, and lack of character development. It labelled the American version is one of the worst films of 2006. The film is also a box office failure, grossing over $26.7 million against its $20 million budget.
